Your role

At MediaHorn, we don’t do guesswork. We operate like performance traders, moving fast, analyzing real-time data, and allocating budgets where they drive the highest returns. We’re looking for smart, analytical minds who love numbers, patterns, and making decisions with impact.

If you’re energized by dashboards, fascinated by KPIs, and excited by the idea of treating marketing campaigns like a financial portfolio, this role is for you.

You don’t need a marketing degree. You don’t need branding skills. You just need to think like a trader, act fast, and love testing what works. Think about:

  • Allocate budgets like a pro

    Use performance data (clicks, signups, revenue, ROI) to make smart, high-impact decisions on where to invest advertising budgets.

  • Analyze, Test, Repeat

    Run structured A/B tests with banner + landing page + offer combinations, optimizing based on live performance data.

  • Monitor & React in Real Time:

    Spot trends, stop underperforming campaigns, scale winners, quickly and independently.

  • Manage Campaigns Across Markets:

    Launch and manage campaigns in multiple regions and platforms, adapting to what performs best.

  • Collaborate With Creatives

    Work closely with design and product teams to generate variants based on insights (you don’t create the banners, you tell us what needs testing).

What you bring
We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • You love numbers. Dashboards, ratios, and KPIs are your playground.

  • You’re decisive. You can read performance data and act without needing someone to tell you what to do.

  • You’re curious and competitive. You like to win, and you enjoy figuring out what works best through testing.

  • You think like a trader. Spend where it makes sense. Kill what doesn’t work. Repeat what wins.

Your qualifications

  • Strong analytical thinking, experience with Excel, dashboards, or data platforms is a big plus

  • Comfortable working with numbers like CTR, CPA, ROI, EPC, LTV, etc.

  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and optimization

  • Basic understanding of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc. is helpful, but not required)

  • Fluent in English

  • Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Data Science, Finance, etc.) is a bonus, not a must
